Leadership and Experience Behind Canko Trading
Canko Trading LLC was founded by Tanla Yumrukçal, a senior executive with more than two decades of experience across finance, capital markets, mergers & acquisitions, and corporate governance within large-scale international organizations.
Prior to founding Canko Trading, she held leadership roles in globally recognized institutions including Deloitte, İş Yatırım, Turkcell, and Yıldız Holding / pladis, where she worked across complex corporate environments involving large-scale transactions, strategic investments, and cross-border business initiatives.
Throughout her career, Tanla has been involved in major mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, strategic divestitures, and international investment projects, working closely with executive leadership teams, boards of directors, investment banks, and global stakeholders.
She later served as Secretary General (Chief Executive) of the Corporate Governance Association of Turkey (TKYD), where she led the organization under board supervision and played a key role in strengthening institutional partnerships with leading national and international organizations including OECD, IFC, Borsa Istanbul, and TÜSİAD.
At Canko Trading LLC, she brings this executive experience into the world of global commerce and marketplace distribution. Her leadership approach focuses on professionalism, responsible marketplace representation, and building long-term partnerships with brands and authorized distributors.
